Yucaipa Energy Independence Program
Yucaipa, CA launched their Energy Independence Program (EIP) in October 2009. Yucaipa EIP was the first PACE program within San Bernardino County and the sixth nationwide. Residential and commercial property owners were able to finance energy and water efficiency improvements as well as renewable energy systems. Renovate America works with the City to administer and market the Yucaipa EIP.

Western Riverside Council of Governments
Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) is in the process of developing a PACE program, that is expected to launch in Summer 2011. WRCOG is a joint powers authority consisting of each of the 16 cities in Western Riverside County, the County of Riverside, and the Eastern Municipal Water District and Western Riverside Water District. The program will be available to most property owners within WRCOG's territory. Eligible projects will include energy efficiency and water efficiency projects, as well as renewable energy systems. Renovate America is part of a team selected to provide comprehensive PACE Program services to WRCOG.
