Understanding Your HERO Program Final Payment Summary

As a HERO Homeowner, you will receive your Final Payment Summary through email or your mail. In the video below, Henderson from our Customer Support team goes over what you’ll find in that summary.

As he explains, at the top, you’ll find a summary of your project, property address, and HERO ID number. The HERO ID is something you may need to reference if you speak to our team members, and helps them find all your project details.

You’ll also see project costs, financing costs and total annual principle, interest, and fees. We want to be sure you understand all of these items, as it’s what you’ll be paying every year. Take a look to see exactly how much your upgrade was, financing costs as part of HERO financing, interest based on your term, and fees. This is all here to help you understand full what is included.

Another important piece to look at is the Payment Schedule. Use this as a guide to see how much you’ll owe every year. There are also details on fees and interest so you can see what is involved.
