While closing a deal in Buffalo, NY, National Training Director Ralph Santillo had the unique opportunity to meet with several new Associates for an impromptu Roundtable discussion. The objective of this informal gathering was to help these Associates get their new real estate careers up and running quickly.

For 3 days, at the Sheraton Atlanta, Ralph Santillo personally conducted several Roundtable Training Sessions, this time for active Associates from throughout the entire Southeast Region. Associates drove from up to 5 hours away for the opportunity to sit down and receive personal attention from an industry veteran with over 30 years of real estate experience.

Because of the overwhelming responses that we received from every Associate who attended one of our Roundtable Training Sessions, we have decided to offer all of our Associates 8 hours of live, hands-on training! Offered at Training Centers on a nationwide basis, these highly-informative sessions are extremely valuable to anyone looking to succeed in real estate.
