My grandfather recently had his AC serviced. Brent Wangsness was very helpful. He answered all of the questions my grandfather had asked. Thank you Brent!

Always professional and thorough, they have done a phenomenal job with our AC and heating!

We had a technician come at 7:35pm. He was supposed to come between 530 to 730. He stayed until 915pm. The entire time, he was explaining how he's trying to save us money, but he can't fix issue. His story didn't match as he said he had another call after our call, which was not the truth. He then said he doesn't want to waste Our time to fix the problem, even though I said we sleep late.He wanted to come back another day to fix the major problems that we had. I don't even know why we paid him a diagnostic fee when he did not diagnose a problem. I knew this company was rated poorly and my husband said he heard it on Christian radio so trusted it. Now we plan to inAC unit with a different company.

Warning: If you have an older AC, like I do, that loses Freon, the CA. EPA is phasing out it's use! Fill up in 2018 as shortly thereafter it will not be legal to keep your AC running longer by adding any to it. I just learned this from David, the Service Champion (SC) technician who spent the last 2 plus hours cleaning and providing maintenance to my unit. I trust,, then verify it via Google: it's true. I've used the services of Service Champions since 2006 and always impressed with their technicians and the 2 hours plus spent for a PM of under $90 per service. For most HVAC companies that would only cover a trip charge. Have you ever felt cheated when a service company you use only offers specials to NEW customers? I do! SC is different as they reward repeat clients and prioritize your need for service over any potential new customer. And from the first visit you discover the owner's (Leland Smith) brilliant marketing strategy: give way more value than you charge to earn repeat business. I've used them for over 10 years and have no desire to change or overpay a competitor. Today David educated me on ways to clean my AC with the hose every six months, when to change filters, maintain space from weeds from my unit and much more to encourage my 15 year old unit to keep on chugging. Oh, and I always ask the technician to help me with an odd chore around the house. Why not? Owner Leland advertises the fact they are willing to pick up your paper or help with the dishes. Test it for yourself1 PS. I can't believer several Yelpers ding this company with a 1 star simply because they resent receiving their ads! Shouldn't a company be rated for it's quality service and prices! Yelp should move those whiners into the "not recommended" reviews rather than lower this or any company's rating for such idiotic complaints. IMHO, such reviews that have nothing to do with service and drag down service ratings, should not be included as reviews. Total BS!

Brian Penilla serviced our A/C today. He was clean, polite and efficient. He explained what he did and recommended services to make our unit last longer. We have been very happy with our service from Service Champions.

We just had our 6 months service done by Brent W. He was an excellent tech. He suggested we replace our fan motor in 6 months and check to see if it was under warranty. Very good employee. Hope he will come again.

Conrad was GREAT, our air conditioner went out, but it worked fine when he arrived. Instead of just leaving and charging a service call, he asked me about the conditions when it went out and investigated three areas of possible causes. One and two checked out fine, but the third one which he said was a very slight possibility was a faintly burnt contact on the controller sensor. Works great now! Thanks Conrad for taking the EXTRA care to make our air conditioner work!!

We thank Leland A. Smith for sending James to work on our two HVAC systems. He did a wonderful job, was courteous, had a pleasing personality, and attention to detail. He changed one plugged-up filter and cleaned our two condensers outside so they are like new - and even waxed them. He loves his job and is proud of his excellent work. We are confident now that our systems will carry us through the summer and fall. Thank you Service Champions for a job well done!! Richard & Shirley

I have been with Service Champions for almost 10 years now and always receive excellent service. Today, Brent not only provided the professional, extensive service I expect, but was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Ever since the last crew repaired a leak we had in the system, the unit was very loud. In a few minutes, Brent had the AC humming peacefully! Thank you Brent! You're awesome!
