Program Administration Services
In partnering with Renovate America, a municipality can play as small or as a large a role as it chooses. Some municipalities choose to play an active role in administering their programs, others prefer to play a minimal role, and others choose somewhere in between. With that in mind, municipalities can choose to implement Renovate America's turnkey HERO program with very little effort or can choose to create a custom Program. Program Administration Services consists of three components: Program Design, Program Implementation and Program Processing.

Together with our partners, we collaborate with municipalities to create a comprehensive blueprint for your program. We ensure the strongest possible legal framework and layout is established in order to yield a roadmap to success.
- Step 2: Marketing and Customer Service
Renovate America and its partners market your program within your community and provide customer support to property owners and other program stakeholders.
- Step 3: Origination
We manage a streamlined and automated application and funding process.
