We manage a streamlined application process, which automates much of the data collection process associated with the application process. Renovate America is responsible for reviewing, approving, and closing all contractual assessments. Once the improvement has been installed and inspected, funding is approved. Renovate America has extensive experience in lending to consumers and businesses.
After improvements have been completed, Renovate America provides Ongoing Program Support to the municipality and to the program participants. To read more, click here.
