HERO Financing

Availability of low cost financing for property owners is the first requirement in launching a renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water efficiency building improvement ("PACE") assessment financing program. Renovate America and its partners can provide low cost HERO financing to municipalities that wish to implement a PACE Program. With HERO financing, the municipality does not incur any costs associated with the issuance of the funds to the property owners. HERO financing also minimizes risk by only providing funding to each participating property owner upon the completion of the building improvements. Our financing approach is a low-cost, low risk source of capital for municipalities wishing to lower energy costs, improve property values, and grow jobs.
