Subsequent to funding property owners' improvements, Renovate America and its partners provide ongoing customer support services, and analytic reporting throughout the duration of your program.
Renovate America provides long-term customer support for participants, including answering questions and assisting property owners to resolve any issues they may have. Renovate America and its partners ensure special assessments or special taxes are calculated by parcel, configure the data to the tax collection agency format and submit the data. We ensure all costs are levied and recovered. We maintain all financing district data, including monitoring and managing delinquencies.
