Here is how HERO Financing works for contractors and their residential customers.

To apply, we need basic information about the property owner(s) and the property. Contractors can call in an application and in
most cases, receive an approval for their customer within 30 minutes.
To obtain approval for the product the contractor plans to install, we need specific product details, such as the manufacturer and model number,
to confirm the products meet eligibility requirements. We also need the total cost to confirm it is within the customer’s maximum approved HERO
Financing amount.
Contractors can save time and provide these product details when they call in the application.
We will email the contractor and the customer a Notification to Proceed with Financing Documents. Customers will need to sign and notarize Financing Documents within ten days.
The contractor has 120 days from the date the Application was approved to install Eligible Products.
After the products are installed and all building permits have been completed, both the contractor and the customer sign and send in the Completion Certificate.
Payment is then made to the contractor.
